We met colleagues from EuroStorie: the Centre of Excellence in Law, Identity and the European Narratives, based at the University of Helsinki (funded by the Academy of Finland) and led by Kaius Tuori, the author of a fascinating new book, Empire of Law: Nazi Germany, Exile Scholars and the Battle for the Future of Europe (CUP 2020).

Kaius has recently published another piece directly relevant to IMAGINE: ‘Narratives and Normativity: Totalitarianism and Narrative Change in the European Legal Tradition after World War II’.

We hope to meet EuroStorie people in the future and engaging in further work with them!
