Ladislav Vyhnánek
Postdoctoral researcher
Ladislav holds a master’s degree in law from Masaryk University (2008), an LLM degree from NYU Law School (2014) and a PhD in constitutional law from Masaryk University (2015). He has worked as an assistant to several judges at the Czech Constitutional Court since 2008.
Currently, Ladislav works as an assistant professor at the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Science at the Masaryk University, Faculty of Law. Ladislav’s research interests include various topics of constitutional law and constitutional theory (with a focus on constitutional justice) and judicial decision-making.
